As a start-up in the public administration sector, we offer an attractive working environment in a convenient location in Düsseldorf. Together, we want to drive the mobility revolution forward and are now looking for a Product Owner (m/f/d) for the Mobidrom data platform sector.

Your tasks and opportunities

• You are responsible for managing the development, operation and development of our Mobidrom platform. This includes planning and monitoring of key project and development steps as well as the involvement of and dialogue with relevant stakeholders at state and federal level
• They continue the product vision, incorporate product requirements, transfer them to the product backlog and steer our external service providers in the development and technical operation of the mobility platform
• You are responsible for other technical tasks in the context of MaaS NRW, such as networking with administration and state politics and working with expert committees to establish new processes, interfaces and standards

Requirements for the application are

• Completed scientific university degree (master's degree, university diploma or comparable degree), preferably in economic or technical fields, such as transportation, engineering or computer science
• At least three years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Affinity for mobility topics, in particular connected and multimodal mobility as well as mobility data platforms, IT architecture of data platforms and legal frameworks
• demonstrable knowledge in the application and practical implementation of agile project management methods, tools and processes
• Certifications in agile methods (preferably Scrum) desirable
• Experience in the environment of regulatory structures as well as start-ups or in the start-up environment
• self-confident and confident appearance as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
• good written and spoken English skills
• very good written and spoken German language skills
