Your tasks
- disciplinary and professional management of the technical documentation team
- Personnel management and development, expansion of team capabilities, development & implementation of measures to improve efficiency
- Capacity planning in the department
- Coordination of projects, definition of deadlines and tasks, including task prioritization
- System administration of the GIS systems used; AutoCAD; QGIS; Barthauer; MapEdit (MuM); MoVE
- Implementation of internal training
- Commissioning external services, including coordination of scheduling and acceptance of contracted services
- Create guidelines for data collection

your profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in surveying, geoinformatics or have a comparable qualification thanks to many years of professional experience.
- You have many years of experience in network documentation and ideally have in-depth knowledge in the area of geoinformation relating to the AutoCAD; QGIS; Barthauer; MapEdit; MoVE; Oracle products.
- Experience in working with databases and SQL as well as further subject-specific knowledge in the areas of surveying technology and data processing (e.g. FME) are an advantage.
- They have initial management experience and are characterized by diplomatic skills as well as assertiveness and persuasion, and enjoy new management methods and change processes.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills, a willingness to take responsibility and a high level of self-motivation.
- Team orientation, creativity, analytical thinking and an independent & agile way of working are part of your everyday life.
- You work in a team and goal-oriented manner, impress with your empathetic appearance and include economic thinking and action among your characteristics.
- You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
