Technical clerk (m/f/d) in administration in the areas of soil protection, immission control and waste

to occupy.

The position will be filled for a limited period of time as a parental leave substitute for an estimated period of 3 years.

Compensation is based on pay group 10 TVöD.

Part-time employment is possible, but overall, the position must be filled full time. Severely disabled people are given preferential treatment if they are equally qualified.

In particular, you can expect the following tasks:

  • Recording, investigating and monitoring remediation measures in the event of contaminated sites
  • technical opinions on construction measures to protect the protected soil, in particular against the background of the Substitute Building Materials Ordinance
  • Site inspections of contaminated sites and old sites, examination and evaluation of contaminated sites, initiation of immediate security measures
  • Preparation of technical opinions with a focus on the evaluation of immission reports, in particular noise forecast and odour forecast reports
  • Monitoring and inspection of plants approved under the Federal Immission Control Act
  • Setting immission guidelines
  • Assessment of improper waste disposal and unauthorised waste disposal, in particular the assessment of hazardous situations with appropriate justification for further measures

Your requirement profile:

  • completed degree in geology, hydrogeology, environmental sciences or a comparable degree
  • comprehensive and thorough knowledge of immission control, soil protection, waste and administrative law is desirable
  • Safe command of common MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
  • Motivation, resilience and reliability
  • Willingness to continue education
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Possession of a car driver's license
