The level of employment is 100%. Recruitment is up to grade A 12 LBEso.

Your commitment is required for these tasks:

• Quality Assurance Processing
• Appropriateness test of all in-house and submitted survey documents
• Review of cadastral adjustment documents in accordance with the BauGB and the Land Adjustment Act
• Review of the fee setting
• Supervision for the completeness and accuracy review of the digitization of real estate cadastral records
• Advice to employees of the Surveying and Real Estate Cadastre departments as well as publicly appointed surveyors

They impress with the following profile:

• Completed degree as Diploma Engineer (FH), Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in Surveying, Geoinformatics or Geodesy and Navigation
• Qualification for senior surveying administrative service
• Surveyors with qualifications for the higher level surveying administrative service can also apply
• many years of professional experience in the real estate register, but at least in accordance with the requirements of No. 32.4 Administrative Regulation for the management of the real estate register (LK regulation - VwVLK)
