As head of our department, you are responsible for the rule-compliant measurement, documentation and planning information of our electricity, water, gas and heating networks using the GisMobil software. If you enjoy leadership and would like to advance your network documentation team, we are looking for exactly you!

• You lead a team of 7 employees, motivate them to perform at their best and are responsible for their continuous development.
• You will support possible changes in the department and all associated processes in order to promote modern and future-oriented network documentation.
• You will support the introduction of the LOVION equipment maintenance system with regard to points of contact with network documentation. You will work closely with various departments.
• You manage and organize walking, driving and management rights, including their registration and deletion. In doing so, you represent our company to the outside world in the necessary positions.

On this basis, you will continue to develop

• You have a degree in geodesy/surveying engineering or a comparable qualification. You also have experience in working with GIS systems and knowledge of management rights.
• Ideally, you already have management experience or would like to start in this position. In any case, you are enthusiastic about innovative leadership approaches and change processes.
• Your diplomatic skills combined with your assertiveness and persuasion make you a strong personality.
• You communicate confidently and confidently in German, both in writing and verbally, and are convincing when dealing with various contacts.
• Your place of residence should be in the extensive region of our supply network to ensure the necessary contact with the relevant authorities.
